Thomas graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has 30 years of experience in architecture, has been registered for 24 years and is NCARB certified. In 1997 he founded his own firm, which became the foundation for Sayler-Brown Bolduc Lara Architects, LLC. Thomas’ primary responsibilities include master planning, site entitlements, design, construction documentation, rezoning and variances. He interfaces well with the public, municipal personnel and governmental agencies.
