Tucson has an ordinance that specifically addresses big box retailers that exceed 100,000 S.F. in area. SBBL has successfully completed three big box projects in Tucson since the ordinance was adopted including two projects for Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse and Home Depot. A fourth big box project for a Home Depot is underway. Work includes community presentations, design, planning, and interfacing with public officials.
