SBBL is currently working on several retail recreational and multi-use and residential projects.

Oracle Crossings is a major retail center featuring a stretch of junior anchors and nine pad sites that include resturants, retail offices and a bank.

One project worth noting is One West, a 6 floor, a mixed-use complex near Tucson's Rio Nuevo District that is in the design phase. In the same area, we are working on "The Mollier Building," a four floor retail/condominium loft building that is inspired by monolithic eastern brick factories to provide Tucsonans with the opportunity for loft living with retail below.

Houghton Town Center is an 85 acre retail project with two "big box" retailers and a variety of junior anchors, pads and community spaces in Tucson, Arizona. This project includeds a rezoning effort and is currently in the entitlement phase.
