SBBL has completed numerous office projects including tenant improvements and ground up buildings.

Misys Corporate Center, located in the Williams Center Technology Campus in Tucson, is currently under construction. The four story building is a secured office facility for the computer-programming firm. The work includes offices, conference rooms, and a complete cafeteria and dining room facilities in a ground-up 122,000 S.F. building. Support functions include a state-of-the-art health and wellness center with men’s/women’s locker and shower facilities. A 43,000 S.F parking garage is part of the project.

Other significant office projects that SBBL has completed include SBBL's 8,200 S.F. office building, a ground-up 20,000 S.F. building for Granite Construction's corporate headquarters in Tucson and the 65,000 S.F. tenant improvements for Core Blood Registry in Tucson.
