Work includes renovations to Lowe's Ventana Resort in Tucson, Arizona, the Lodge, a 100 unit hotel/condominium project in Green Valley, Arizona, and Rancho Vistoso Resort, a 220 unit, 440 room hotel/ condominium project in Oro Valley, Arizona.

Restaurant projects that SBBL has successfully completed include freestanding establishments, tenant improvements, drivethrus, and the food court suites for the Foothills Mall in Tucson.
